Staff Profile: Lyle VigersWhat is your role at Infopower? I am currently working as the training arm of Information Power under the umbrella of Infogeni Business Solutions. I design and run the various training programmes for Infogeni-ITMS, the Industry training Organisation sector management software and also for Caduceus the Home & Community Health Care management software. I also provide client / user support for both products. How did you end up here? I have spent 25 plus years in the training sector and have been working for Information Power for the last 10 years, apart from a couple of years when I tried to retire. What makes you tick? My main interest is ballroom dancing! My wife and I have very successfully competed as amateurs then as professionals both in New Zealand and overseas. We have in fact danced our way around the world successfully competing in Australia, Europe, the UK, Japan, Singapore and America. I currently adjudicate at local ballroom dancing competitions and work in various jobs to ensure the next generation of dancers have the opportunity to enjoy competitions at the same high level as me and Ann have overour long competition career.
