New Website Launched

September 2006

On 28th September 2006, we launched our new website. Based on the 'MOST' content management platform, it has enabled us to completely refresh our presence, offering a range of new features to clients.

These will include the provision of client access to a secure portal where they can:

• log new help desk jobs and track existing ones
• allow us to take remote control of their PC or Server for support purposes
• access workspaces for projects we are engaged in with them, including document repository and issues registers
• access product documentation and downloads
• participate in product related discussion groups
• register for events such as seminars or user group meetings

These facilities will be progressively rolled out over the next few months.

According to Managing Director Shane Wood, "it gives clients a much clearer picture of who we are and what we offer."
