It is a desktop software solution for managing mailing lists and generating personalised word processed documents. It provides all the essential tools for building and maintaining documents. WordGeni also provides users with additional functionality which provides instant information on the data you hold. Just drag the column header into the space above to instantly see a breakdown of that data eg male/female, job types etc.
What is it?
Mail merge is the process of integrating the raw data from a database, with a standard letter or document, so the end result is one custom document per recipient, containing that person’s individual information. There are many benefits in doing a mail merge, such as:

How it works
Creating a Template is easy. Just link to the data in your system and then create your template using your own text and fields from your database. Once created, you can merge as you require; open WordGeni and select the Template you require and click on 'Get Results'. Filter the results as you need and then either Print, Save to File or Export the results to a Spreadsheet file to suit your requirements
