Infogeni-ITMS has a strong focus on contact management. It provides an integrated way of recording the day-to-day interactions between your organisation and the different individuals and organisations that are your stakeholders. You can track interactions with any individual, categorising them and recording outcomes as well as diarising bring-ups and responding to automated alerts when certain events occur (such as expiry of training agreement or assessors accreditation, or a qualification nearing it’s expiry/review date, etc).
For New Zealand users, the Infogeni-ITMS TEC/NZQA interface module allows you to meet the statutory reporting requirements of the Tertiary Education Commission and NZQA.
Infogeni-ITMS has flexibility for ad-hoc or customised reporting through the SQL Query Manager and Reporting functions
The course management module provides the ability to create course details, multiple occurrences of courses throughout the year, as well as managing course registrations, capturing course results and relating these to individual unit assessments.
The Qualification Design and Validation module further enhances the capability of the system by providing the ability to match a learners competencies to Qualification prescriptions to determine whether the learner has met or is close to meeting the requirements.
